Our facilities

State-of-the-art technology in our own infrastructure has considerably improved our quality control service.

Labdassence has grown exponentially in terms of its facilities, doubling the size of its laboratory, offices and warehouse by over 1,000 m², and in state-of-the-art technology at the Quality Control Department for the essential oils, including gas chromatography with mass spectrometry (GC-MS) and with flame ionization detector (GC-FID).

The new facilities have enabled us to considerably improve our service. We currently have our own complete infrastructure, with the following departments: Quality Control, Sales-Purchases, Financial and Warehouse.

The Warehouse Department has stainless steel tanks with capacities ranging from 200 litres to 5,000 litres. As a result, we standardise the batches and have a completely suitable storage area. The temperatures in our warehouse for both the essential oils and vegetable oils never exceed 26ºC. Considering the geographical situation of our facilities, this speaks volumes for their quality. This also benefits our workers since they have a suitable work environment.

Continue growing with the highest quality in essential oils …

Our intention is to continue investing to improve our facilities where our clear criterion and goal are to grow qualitatively and quantitatively. That is why we propose zero emissions and waste minimisation as much as possible. We also have projects underway which will help us meet our proposed targets, with distillation and cold pressing equipment which produces very high quality essential and vegetable oils with the specific parameters demanded by our customers. Lastly, we welcome our customers to visit us, which is what is happening at our quality control department.

The result is that they approve us and are satisfied with our facilities. All of this enables us to continue on the same path we began nearly 10 years ago.
